ABOUT SAMMY

Growing up with an athletic background, I’ve always been passionate about fitness. I obtained my BA in Theater and Minor in Dance from Wagner College in New York where I continued to further my knowledge. I also studied kinesiology in dance, laban movement, and have received 9 different fitness certifications. Some to include prenatal training, postpartum wellness training, TRX, kettlebell, and currently in the process of obtaining plates 1 & 2.  I specialize in strength training, core conditioning, HIIT, weight loss, and flexibility. I am also a lover of competitive fitness, and have trained a handful of bikini competitors.

My approach is centered on taking a holistic view to achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle. My training sessions are designed to not only challenge the body but also the mind, encouraging clients to push past their limits and become the best versions of themselves. For decades, I have been honing my skills in the health and fitness industry, working tirelessly to perfect my methods and develop a training program that is highly effective and accessible to everyone, no matter their level of fitness. As a military spouse, I understand the importance of health and wellbeing, both for yourself and those around you. That's why I've developed a personalized approach to fitness training that takes into account your unique needs and goals. From nutrition advice to personalized training sessions, I have everything you need to get stronger, fitter and healthier.
